Would you like fries with that?

I love drive thru food. Well… not the food.. but the drive thru bit where I get what I want within 15 seconds of asking for it, with little to no effort on my part.

Yeah, it’s only a cardboard cut out of real food. But I’m cool with that.

Places to go, people to see…

Well. Not people per say, like in the flesh, but people on my TV. I like watching people I don’t know on TV while I sit next to the people I do know, who are also watching the people they don’t know.

Ahh the serenity…

Well, not that my life is dull. I have just the right amount of serenity to be spiritual but clearly I’m super important and busy. Busy doing God’s work. Apart from the times when I’m busy doing what ever I feel like and whatever takes my fancy.

That’s the plan Stan…

Not that I’m rigid and planned, I like to keep my calendar open so I can go with the flow, I don’t like to over commit. Or commit to anything committed because I like to be open and generous with my time, you know in an organic way that has disciplined results.

Just do it…

That’s my motto. Just do it (it being whatever I want to do). Or even better if I can pay you to just do it, that’s my preferred option. It’s good to provide others with opportunity, especially if they get results for me and my family.

Family first…

Family first I say, especially on Sundays like if my kid wants to sleep in or play sport, I like to keep church a flexible option. Like yeah sure I’d like to serve God wherever he would have me, but my kids come first, as they should. So I’m gonna serve in the community that best suits them.

Do what I say not what I do…

I want my kids to grow up to be obedient followers of Christ, followers who would give their life for their faith, followers who put others first. Committed, bible reading, give it all you’ve got cos he died for you type followers.

Clayton’s faith

The faith you have when you’re not having a faith.
